My clients love to entertain around cooking and were in need of more living space, but this colonial home originally had a small, unworkable 154 SF kitchen, a deteriorating screened-in porch and only three bedrooms and one bath upstairs.

This 1500 SF addition and remodel includes a kitchen (doubled in size) open to a family room, a three-season room, bar, mudroom and storage to meet the clients' family and entertainment needs. On the second floor, a master suite (bed, bath and walk-in-closet), laundry room and office space were added to provide for the growing family. A coffer ceiling, fireplace, and large arched cased opening into the family room are some of the details that make this house a home. The finished look is clean and traditional.
