‘Clean warm and modern’ was the request for this re-visioned first floor remodel. We opened up the kitchen to the adjacent rooms bringing in the southern and western sunlight and minimized the bathroom footprint to make room for a concealed entrance and connecting hallway. To create more required storage for this entertaining culinary family, we added space below a new library balcony into their existing vaulted family room.
